Dry mortar, also known as ready-mixed mortar.screening process is dried aggregate (eg quartz sand), inorganic cementitious materials (such as cement) and additives (such as polymers), etc. By a certain percentage of a physical mixture kinds of granular or powdered material.  Automatic energe-saving dry mortar production line is designed based on the traditional mixer, is added a material conveying system, a storage bin and an automatic filling machine. The well-mixed materials will go into the storage bin via material conveying pipe, and the mixer may be feed consecutively and work continuously in flow line production, but the equipment is not over 4 meters high, thus solving the problem of heightening the workshop.
